History

Europrint Modřany a.s. was established 1/1/2003 using its several years of experience within the printing industry .
100% owner is Lapidus the foreign investment company.

Since the year 2004 we have held the ISO 9001:2000 standard in the field of printing production, graphic preparation, printing and bookbinding manufacturing.  
The Company is divided into three divisions:

• Modřany - surface printing (planography)
• Svobodova - rotary offset
• Sadská – bookbindery

Europrint moves to new strategic premises at Prague 5.
It introduces a complete solution in the field of printing for its clients within printing industry on the market. It uses modern technology equipment, experienced top specialists in the field and also due to its strategic location the company has easy access to the most important transport lines.   
It is one of the state-of-the-art printing companies in the Czech Republic.

The year 2009 is a synonym for the climax of large investments in technology and the construction of the complete robotized workplace for production of periodicals, leaflets, catalogues and books.

We established a complete production base which allowed us to became an important printing partner in the field of rotary as well as sheets printing and also bookbinding manufacturing.

These investments were reflected across the whole company – in setup of processes as well as expanding of work teams across all departments so that the effectiveness is achieved at all levels

The Business strategy for the year 2010 indicates further development of the company. The complete production base, the robotized workplace and the sophisticated logistics allow us to solve individual projects for our clients.

Through the optimization of manufacturing processes, internal processes and logistics system we manage to reduce dispatching times as well as total costs which in return helps us to increase labour productivity in combination with a higher level of quality. A totally satisfied customer is our long-term goal.

The number of the full-time staff was more than 300 at the beginning of the year. The progressive trend confirms the development of business activities and thereby the enlargement of individual departments. 

Our training project EUROPRINT TRAINING that we organize for our clients and staff enters into its second year.
