Printing Works

The Rotary offset is used particularly for production of large volume magazines, periodicals, catalogues or large-scale leaflets.
Due to the increased demand for large scale printing we enlarged the technology base of the rotary printing significantly.  
In June 2008 we installed the first 48-page Manroland Lithoman IV rotary machine.
Our machinery has been largely reinforced by a new 48-page Manroland Lithoman IV rotary machine since October 2008.
Due to the mentioned capacity increase we are able to process orders in even shorter operation times whilst still maintaining the required quality.   
Our rotary machines are equipped with additional devices that guarantee and increase this quality – check of the GMI colour scheme, automatic matching, JDF communication and others.
Investments culminated in the automation and the robotization of the technology base by installation of the unique centralised „PostPress" system by the IN-LOG Technologies Company.
We implement our production using mutually compatible machines, in order to facilitate interchange-ability and speed of the production terms of your orders.

All our rotary machines have a unique, fully automated “PostPress“ system by the IN-LOG Mailroom Technologies GmbH Company. This fully automated system is unique in entire Europe.
The products are transported from rotary machines by belt conveyers followed by this finial process. The robotization reduces engagement of human labour and thereby the costs are reduced whilst the production quality increases.
 
Technology of the whole system

The trimming units in two-storied, semiautomatic design provide a clean and precise trimming of the product (up to 4 pages of trimming from A3 up to A5 format).
The stacking device with pressing unit guaranties better quality of packaging that is supported by a simple longitudinal or simple or double cross banding.
The system is finished by robot storing on pallets equipped with integrated robots by ABB Company with automatic pallet replacement, own interlacing by slip sheets and possibility to produce own lay-out proposal. Robots enable to store up to 900 packages per hour even from two machines simultaneously.
